2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
The customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order and expressly declares their unreserved acceptance. Placing the order therefore constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all orders placed with huges.shop for all products and services offered. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing beforehand. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be modified at any time by huges.shop
3. IDENTIFICATION SHEET
Providing the personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is essential for processing and shipping products, as well as for issuing invoices. The information provided by the customer when placing their order is binding upon them.
huges.shop cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer in providing their contact information (delivery address, billing address, and telephone number) and any resulting delivery consequences. Any costs incurred by huges.shop for reshipping an order will be entirely borne by the customer. The customer consents to the use of this data by huges.shop particularly for sending information about promotional offers that may be of interest.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). Customers have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their personal data, which they can exercise by contacting our services.
4. ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. huges.shop confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided.
The order will be considered final upon validation of payment for orders paid online by credit card, or upon receipt of payment by check or other means. The customer's confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
huges.shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.
5. PRICES
The prices shown are in euros (€) and include all taxes, including VAT for France and other EEC countries. Prices include shipping (free or extra) as specified on each product page or in the shopping cart before purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time, but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
For customers outside of Metropolitan France, a quote will be provided based on the customer's country. The customer agrees to pay all import duties, customs fees, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country receiving the order. huges.shop disclaims all legal responsibility if the customer fails to pay these taxes.
6. PAYMENTS
The price charged is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by huges.shop. The following payment methods are accepted:

huges.shop reserves the right to prioritize orders paid directly on the website by credit card, or to cancel an order placed by check or COD if payment is not received. Products remain the property of huges.shop until full payment is received.
7. PRODUCTS
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. If any errors are present, huges.shop cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Most of the products offered by huges.shop are available, except in cases of stock shortage. Orders will be fulfilled subject to availability. In the event that one of our products is unavailable (temporarily or permanently), huges.shop will inform its customers as soon as possible by email or telephone. The buyer may then choose to cancel or maintain their order. Displayed availability is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment.
8. DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made within Metropolitan France (special conditions apply for the EEC, Corsica, French Overseas Departments and Territories, and countries outside the EEC). Delivery does not include assembly or commissioning of the products.
Deliveries are made via Colissimo home delivery, parcel relay point delivery, or courier service, depending on the items ordered and their weight. Upon delivery, the customer must provide proof of identity. For Colissimo deliveries, if you are not home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox informing you of a second delivery attempt or that your package will be available for collection at the nearest parcel relay point. The carrier will inform you by email or text message of the collection arrangements and the time frame for retrieving your merchandise.
For certain products that are too heavy or bulky, delivery will be handled by the carrier Heppner, who will contact the customer directly by phone to arrange a delivery appointment.
If the customer is not present during the agreed delivery window and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery period begins the day after the order is received.
In the case of an order containing products with different delivery times, the entire order will be delivered based on the longest delivery time. If the customer wishes to receive the available products first, two separate orders must be placed. huges.shop will not make partial shipments of an order unless huges.shop chooses to do so due to availability issues. If the customer requires delivery to two different addresses, they must place two separate orders, each with its associated delivery charges.
huges.shop makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. These times are provided for informational purposes only, and we cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delivery delay or a lost package caused by a third party, by you, or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event constituting force majeure.
No penalty or compensation for late delivery of any kind may be claimed.
If you do not receive a package within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us by email so we can open an investigation with the carrier. This may take several days, during which time no refund or replacement can be issued.
If the customer places an order with delivery to a collection point and the package is not collected within the time limits imposed by Colissimo, the package is returned to the sender and huges.shop will charge the actual costs of returning the package if the customer wants their order again.
9. CLAIM
IMPORTANT: On the day of delivery, we recommend that you carefully check the package(s) and verify the contents in the presence of the delivery driver before signing the delivery slip. If a package is missing. You must then contact us by email to inform us. You have one month from the delivery date to notify us of any missing items. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
10. WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are all specific "non-standard" products made to measure or personalized. These specific orders will not be returned or refunded.
For other "standard" goods, the customer must return the goods at their own expense using the same shipping method we used, in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include the invoice, instructions, and accessories. Any damaged product or product with damaged original packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, huges.shop is obligated to reimburse all sums paid by the customer. The refund will be issued as a credit to your account or by bank check or wire transfer to the billing address registered with your account at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the returned product.
11. DISPUTES
This contract is governed by French law. huges.shop cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, that may result from improper assembly, operation or misuse of the products sold.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with careful attention, as good faith is always presumed on the part of anyone who takes the time to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.
12. RESPONSIBILITIES
We cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our control and/or resulting from a case of force majeure recognized as such by the French courts (strikes, disasters, lack of raw materials due to suppliers, machine breakdowns, national or international economic restrictions, or any other case of default).
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images present and reproduced on huges.shop are protected by intellectual property rights, and for the whole world.
14. Loyalty Program
The website offers a loyalty program allowing customers with an account to accumulate points with their purchases. For every euro (€) spent in the store.
