Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return an item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Special conditions 
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, and they'll be notified that you returned their gift.

How to make a return
Contacting Customer Service: Before sending a return, please contact us at admin@huges.shop or via our contact page. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.
Preparing the package: Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging and with all its tags attached.
Sending the package: Once you have received instructions from our customer service, you can send your package back.

Refund 
Circumstances for refunds:

Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
Change of mind: If you change your mind after receiving the product, you can return it within 14 days. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Defective/Breakable products: If a product is defective or breaks within 14 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged products on arrival: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Product not received: If your product has not arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Cancellation after ordering: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but if the product has already been shipped, you will need to return it for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product, a product
damaged upon arrival, an incorrect product, or an error on our part during
shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
to ensure the safe return of your order.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you
by email whether the return is accepted. If so, the refund will be processed as
quickly as possible and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable): 
Only full-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges: 
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model,
please contact us via the customer service email address or our contact page .
We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
